Mr. Robert Wright, the widower of Mae Bess Wright, died Sunday (Feb. 13, 2022) at the Memphis VA Medical Center after a short illness. Mr. Wright leaves a son, Jerome Wright of Memphis; a daughter, Rosalind Holman of York, Pennsylvania; five granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. God's servant, Rev. Chester Smith, SVD, co-founder of the Bowman Francis Ministry in Indianapolis, IN and the National Black Catholic Men's Conference went home to be with the Lord. Father Chester, who frequently celebrated Mass here at St. Augustine over the years, transitioned on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
